Sibling Group Ages 3-5, 5-7 and 7-10
This One’s for ME You have to grow up fast when you have a sibling with Autism, Sensory Processing, or Related Disorders. As parents, we all do our best to make time for each of our children, but sometimes there are just not enough hours in a day. Here is a group where siblings can get an answer to the question, “What about me?” Siblings will meet other who walk in their shoes, have their feelings validated, and most importantly, have FUN! This group is facilitated by our Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor/Licensed Professional Counselor and is billable to most insurance.
Art Club Ages 7-15
Art Club offers a unique opportunity for kids to get together doing something they enjoy while being social at the same time. Often kids are involved in activities that do not allow a lot of social interaction with the support of a Licensed Professional Counselor. This club will be a safe place for kids to express themselves openly and talk to each other about their experiences at school, with friends, or at home. We give kids a chance to “hang out” and just be themselves. Our goal is for the participants to practice and generalize social skills to their every day experiences.
